Thinking about trying a Lorna Jane move class? Classes are only $10 each, so why not give it a try! There's a wide variety of classes, held either in the Lorna Jane Active Living room or outdoors. Whatever you're looking to achieve, there's a Lorna Jane move class to suit you. 

Not sure what class you should do? Here’s a breakdown of the different classes available and how challenging they are, so you can decide what’s right for you:

LJ Bootcamp
Make the most of beautiful Coolangatta beach with a 45 minute outdoor session involving a variety of innovative workouts to challenge and motivate while creating serious fitness results.
Challenge Level 2

LJ Sculpt
A 45 minute workout designed to increase overall strength and cardiovascular fitness. Combines previous classes: Circuit, Abs & Butts and Strength.
Challenge Level 2

A 45 minute class that connects movement and breath while focusing on proper alignment, flexibility and strength. Class styles will vary with each Instructor.
Challenge Level 2

A 45 minute strength routine based around mat activities to build a strong foundation of core stability, resulting in better posture, improved alignment and decreased pain.
Challenge Level 2

HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training
A 45 minute workout to challenge your heart rate and your mind! Work to your ability level to get the most out of this workout. Strength, cardio and core in work to rest intervals.
Challenge Level 3

Stretch & Strength
A 45 minute yoga inspired class focusing on stretch, flexibility, mobility and strength.
Challenge Level 2

LJ Physique
A 45-minute unique workout personally designed by Lorna Jane Clarkson and taught by our instructors. This routine focuses on strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Incorporating elements of resistance and strength, this class will challenge you and push you to your limits!
Challenge Level 3

An incredible 45 minute cardiovascular workout using basic boxing movements. Suitable for all fitness levels who are eager to learn, get ready for a challenge!
