Bringing modern Italian dining to Coolangatta, popular Bulimba restaurant, Delizioso, is the second Delizioso restaurant for owner and multi-award winning head chef Brad Nascone, who has run the kitchen at the Oxford Street establishment for the past two years. Bringing their acclaimed casual Italian style to the Southern Gold Coast, the new restaurant is in prime oceanfront dining space adjacent to Bin 72
on Level 1.
Fans of the Bulimba restaurant will recognise their signature offering of pizza, pasta and modern dishes from lamb shanks and pork belly to classic Italian fare such as chicken scaloppini. Having won a Glass in the Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards, Delizioso of course offers an incredible selection of wines to complement their menu, with Sommelier Nick Dempster hand-picking over 300 varieties of red, white and sparkling; kept in a glassed-in temperature-controlled wine room.
So what can you expect from Delizioso? Owner and multi-award winning head chef Brad Nascone says, "It's a place where you can sit and talk, have a nice bottle of wine, and enjoy good food with a good view overlooking the beach. It’s a casual dining experience with that warm feeling. We’re not trying to do high end dining – we enjoy seeing our customers return for a meal twice a week rather than once a month."
