Griffith St Larder
72-80 Marine Parade Coolangatta, QLD, 4225
Griffith St Larder is a casual eatery serving quality, affordable food in style. Blending an urban café vibe with a casual beachside feel, owners Kylie and Dennis Bastos bring their passion and experience to the Southern Gold Coast after running a café in Melbourne’s foodie capital, Collingwood, for more than a decade.
Open 7 days a week, the all-day menu includes a variety of breakfast options to kick-start your day. If you’re in a hurry, a number of dishes are available as takeaway, so grab breakfast-on-the-go, paired with a coffee roasted locally by Blackboard Coffee Roasters.
Lunch options include gourmet burgers and sandwiches which can be paired with Larder’s infamous hand-cut chips. For a lighter option, the Bread/Bowl menu proves that salads don’t have to be boring by adding a choice of protein and toppings for a healthy lunch that’s extra delicious.
Of course while you’re there, you have to try their truly decadent desserts, including the salted caramel “syringe” cronuts – layers of flaky goodness injected with oozing salted caramel, baked in-house daily. There is also a range of freshly baked gluten free and raw sugar options for the more health conscious foodies.
