, one of Australia’s leading contemporary performance companies and creators of ERTH Dinosaurs, this spectacular 10 metre long mullet is skilfully operated by 9 puppeteers. The mullet was chosen because not only is it abundant on the Gold Coast, but it is culturally significant to the traditional owners of the Gold Coast region and extended coast line areas. Fish-out-of-Water is designed to inspire the local community to celebrate our coastal lifestyle and unique stories, and is sure to enchant and delight all who see it.
